Dr. Matthew Kramer graduated from Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine. His Family Medicine Residency was completed at Eglin Air Force Base 96th Medical Group. He served in the United States Air Force as a Family Physician for seven years and reached the rank of Major. During his service, Dr. Kramer received multiple customer service awards and was recognized by the Association of Physician Assistants as the Air Force Physician of the Year. He has spent the past two years working in Emergency Medicine while continuing to serve in the Air National Guard. Dr. Kramer now lives in Forest City, North Carolina with his wife, Michelle Kramer, and their three girls. Dr. & Mrs. Kramer have worked to build Main Street Family Medicine to provide better access to family healthcare. Dr. Kramer believes that the key to patient care is taking time to educate and empower patients. That is why he has chosen the Direct Primary Care model for his practice. This model focuses on giving patients comprehensive and preventative care and thats the type of care that drew Dr. Kramer to Family Medicine.
